Volunteers

It Takes A Village of Volunteers and We Need YOU . . .

TO ENSURE A SUCCESSFUL FESTIVAL. Great things happen when we work together for the common good.  Our heartfelt thanks to you for volunteering!

There are many, many volunteer opportunities for individuals and families that are available prior to, during, and after the Italian Festival.  There is truly something for everyone!  Volunteers can review all of the Festival volunteer opportunities and commit their time through a third party sign up website used by the Italian Festival.  Volunteer sign-up for most opportunities begins on April 1.  Meatball Madness volunteer sign-up begins on March 18 (details below).  Volunteers may choose the area for which they would like to volunteer, as well as the date and time slot.  Signing up online, volunteers will receive confirmation of their assignments and updates, if necessary, via email.

Volunteer Sign-ups After Masses.

Volunteers may also set up their volunteer times after all Masses the weekend of April 27/28.  Again, please be aware that volunteers are not only needed for the days of the Festival, but for many other times leading up to, and after the Festival.  This year, given all the exciting things that we’ve got planned, we are in need of over 600 volunteers.  We are grateful to all for sharing your time and talent. GRAZIE ! ! !

Like to cook, bake or make meatballs?  We have volunteer opportunities for you . . .
