To ensure a successful festival. Great things happen when we work together for the common good.  Our heartfelt thanks to you for volunteering!

Volunteers can commit their time through a third party sign up website used by the Italian Festival. Using the link provided below, volunteers may choose the area for which they would like to volunteer during the Festival, as well as the date and time slot. After signing up online, volunteers will receive confirmation of their assignments and updates, if necessary, via email.

Volunteer Sign-ups After Masses.

Volunteers may also set up their volunteer times on Sign-Up Sheets that will be provided after all Masses during the weekends of April 7th – 8th, April 14th – 15th, and April 21st – 22nd (if needed). Please be aware that volunteers are not only needed for the days of the Festival, but for many other times leading up to the Festival

Volunteer sign-ups: Sausage & Meatball Making

We are looking for volunteers to help us prepare meatballs and sausage for the festival. We estimate prepping almost 1100 pounds each of meatballs and sausage. That’s a lot of meat! Please click on the buttons above to sign up for volunteer spots that are available for the sausage and meatball-making that will take place on the following dates:

Sausage Storm – April 19th – 21st

Meatball Madness – April 26th – 28th 

Volunteer Sign-ups: Baked Ziti & Lasagna Preparation and Delivery

Parishioners are asked to sign up after Masses during the weekends of April 7th – 8th, April 14th – 15th, and April 21st – 22nd (if needed) to set a time for which they will provide prepared dishes of Baked Ziti and Lasagna that will be sold during the Italian Festival. Foil pans and recipes will be provided during the sign-up periods. Dishes are to be made at home and brought to the church during the individual’s selected time. Participants are asked to drop off the prepared dishes in Room #2 of the Parish Center, which is located behind the church next to the children’s playground.

Volunteer sign-ups: COOkie Preparation and Delivery

Volunteers are needed to make cookies that will be sold during the Italian Festival. Parishioners are asked to sign up after Masses during the weekends of April 7th – 8th, April 14th – 15th, and April 21st – 22nd (if needed). Cookie recipes, packaging, and drop off instructions will be provided during the sign-up periods.

Volunteer sign-ups: Cannoli Run

Volunteers are needed to contribute assistance before, during and after the 6th Annual Cannoli Run that will be held on Saturday, May 19th at 9:00 am. Sign-ups may be completed online using the button below.
