St. Philip Neri Italian festival
May 16 – 18, 2024
It takes A Village of volunteers and we need you!!!
To ensure a successful festival. Great things happen when we work together for the common good. Our heartfelt thanks to you for volunteering!
Volunteers can commit their time through a third party sign up website used by the Italian Festival. Soon, we’ll be providing a sign-up link for volunteering at the 2024 Italian Festival. Volunteers may choose the area for which they would like to volunteer, as well as the date and time slot. There are many volunteer opportunities for individuals and families available prior to, during, and after the Italian Festival. Signing up online, volunteers will receive confirmation of their assignments and updates, if necessary, via email.

Volunteer Sign-ups After Masses.
Volunteers may also set up their volunteer times after all Masses the weekend of March 2-3. Again, please be aware that volunteers are not only needed for the days of the Festival, but for many other times leading up to, and after the Festival. This year, given all the exciting things that we’ve got planned, we are in need of over 600 volunteers. We are grateful to all for sharing your time and talent!
Enjoy cooking, baking or making meatballs? We have volunteer opportunties for you . . .
Volunteer Sign-Ups: Meatball Making
We are looking for volunteers to help us prepare meatballs for the Festival. We estimate prepping almost 1100 pounds each of meatballs. That’s a lot of meat! Details on when Meatball Madness will take place and online sign up for volunteer spots that are available will follow shortly.
