To ensure a successful marketplace. Great things happen when we work together for the common good.  Our heartfelt thanks to you for volunteering!

Volunteers can commit their time through a third party sign up website used by the Italian Marketplace. Using the link provided below, volunteers may choose the area for which they would like to volunteer during the Marketplace, as well as the date and time slot. After signing up online, volunteers will receive confirmation of their assignments and updates, if necessary, via email.

Volunteer Sign-ups After Masses.

Volunteers may also set up their volunteer times after all Masses on April 17th & 18th, and April 24th & 25th.  Please be aware that volunteers are not only needed for the days of the Marketplace, but for many other times leading up to and after the Marketplace.  This year, we are in need of 400 volunteers.  We are grateful to all for sharing your time and talent!

Volunteer Sign-Ups: Sausage & Meatball Making

We are looking for volunteers to help us prepare meatballs and sausage for the Marketplace. We estimate prepping almost 1100 pounds each of meatballs and sausage. That’s a lot of meat! Please click on the buttons above to sign up for volunteer spots that are available for the sausage and meatball-making that will take place on the following dates:

Sausage Storm: Friday, 4/16 – Saturday, 4/17 – Friday, 4/23 – Saturday, 4/24

Volunteer Sign-ups: Baked Ziti & Lasagna Preparation and Delivery

Sign-up using the button below or sign up after all Masses on April 17th & 18th, and April 24th & 25th to set a time for which they will provide prepared dishes of Baked Ziti and Lasagna that will be sold during the Italian Marketplace. Foil pans and recipes will be provided during the sign-up periods. Dishes are to be made at home and brought to the church during the individual’s selected time. Participants are asked to drop off the prepared dishes in Room #2 of the Parish Center, which is located behind the church next to the children’s playground.

Volunteer sign-ups: COOkie Preparation and Delivery

Volunteers are needed to make cookies that will be sold during the Italian Festival. Sign up using the button below, or sign up after Masses on April 17th & 18th, and April 24th & 25th. Cookie recipes, packaging, and drop off instructions will be provided during the sign-up periods.
